1. Rental Agreement

2. Access to Storage Units
Access Hours: Units are accessible 24/7 to our tenants. However, we recommend scheduling visits during daylight hours for safety and convenience.
2.1 Security Measures
Our facility employs several security measures to ensure the safety of your belongings:
- Video surveillance throughout the premises.
- Electronic gate access with personalized codes.
- On-site security personnel during business hours.
2.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being stored on our premises:
- Flammable or explosive materials.
- Perishable goods.
- Hazardous chemicals.
- Illegal substances.
3. Tenant Responsibilities
As a tenant, you are responsible for maintaining the condition of your storage unit. This includes:
- Ensuring that your unit is kept clean and free from pests.
- Properly securing your belongings to prevent damage.
- Complying with all facility rules and regulations.
3.1 Insurance
Storage Highbury recommends that tenants insure their belongings. We do not provide insurance coverage, but can offer guidance on obtaining suitable policies.
3.2 Damage and Loss
While we take extensive measures to protect your items, Storage Highbury is not liable for any damage or loss unless it results from our negligence. Tenants are encouraged to report any issues immediately.
4. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the rental agreement under the following conditions:
- Notice of termination must be provided in writing 30 days prior to the desired termination date.
- All outstanding rent must be paid in full.
- The unit must be vacated and returned in good condition.
4.1 Early Termination
Tenants requesting early termination may be subject to a termination fee as outlined in their rental agreement.
5. Facility Rules
To maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all tenants, the following rules must be observed:
- No smoking within the facility.
- No pets allowed.
- Proper labeling of all stored items.
- No hoisting or improper storage methods.
5.1 Maintenance and Repairs
Storage Highbury is responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of the facility. Tenants must notify management of any necessary repairs related to their units.
6. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during the rental process is used solely for managing your account and maintaining our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6.1 Data Protection

7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between the tenant and Storage Highbury, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or legal proceedings as necessary.
7.1 Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Highbury operates. Any legal actions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
8. Amendments to Terms
Storage Highbury reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Tenants will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the storage facilities constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8.1 Notification of Changes
Notifications regarding changes to the terms will be sent via email or posted on our facility notice board. It is the tenant's responsibility to stay informed about these updates.
9. Limitation of Liability
Storage Highbury is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our storage services. Our liability is limited to the total amount of rent paid by the tenant for the storage unit.
9.1 Indemnification
Tenants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storage Highbury, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the tenant's use of the storage unit.
10. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.
10.1 Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the tenant and Storage Highbury regarding the use of storage facilities. No other agreements, promises, or representations, whether written or oral, are binding unless expressly included in this document.
By using Storage Highbury's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
